Senior Product Designer – E-commerce & Growth

Design and optimize end-to-end digital experiences within the e-commerce ecosystem by analyzing user journeys and funnels. Lead the entire product cycle from discovery and research to implementation and measurement of conversion and engagement metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize digital e‑commerce experiences end‑to‑end
- Analyze user journeys, funnels and behavior to uncover improvement opportunities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, high‑fidelity prototypes and UI designs
- Formulate hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate design decisions
- Improve conversion, engagement, retention and overall purchase experience
- Work closely with development, product, growth, marketing and research teams
- Guide design decisions throughout discovery, implementation and post‑launch measurement
- Communicate design rationale and results to diverse stakeholders
- Promote a user‑, business‑ and data‑driven design culture
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Product Design, UX/UI or related roles
- Proven experience designing e‑commerce or transactional digital products
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong skills in user flows, wireframes, information architecture and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Hands‑on experience with UX research, usability testing and behavioral analysis
- Knowledge of CRO, experimentation and A/B testing
- Ability to use metrics and data to identify design opportunities
- Collaboration with product, technology, marketing/growth, research and business teams
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
