The candidate will design and develop high-quality digital interfaces for UNOX products, managing the process from concept to delivery. They will collaborate with UX designers and developers to maintain design systems and ensure visual consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high‑quality digital interfaces for Unox applications and operating systems, from concept to delivery
- Translate product requirements, UX flows, and complex problems into clear, intuitive, and scalable visual solutions
- Create high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs, defining behaviours, states, and interactions
- Maintain visual consistency across typography, hierarchy, layout, spacing, colour, iconography, images, and motion
- Contribute to and evolve the Design System, creating components, patterns, and guidelines for multiple platforms
- Participate in design reviews, challenge existing solutions, and raise overall product quality
- Collaborate with development teams throughout implementation to ensure design fidelity
- Promote design culture within the team by sharing methodologies, feedback, and best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Portfolio demonstrating high visual quality, problem‑solving, and work on complex digital products
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles: visual hierarchy, typography, colour, composition, grids, spacing, information hierarchy
- Deep understanding of interaction patterns and best practices for web, mobile, and embedded interfaces
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables, prototyping, shared libraries)
- Experience designing, evolving, and using complex, scalable design systems
- Ability to design for multiple states, edge cases, resolutions, platforms, and contexts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards on complex products
- Strong communication and ability to argue design decisions, accept feedback, and iterate
- High autonomy and ownership of projects, managing priorities and trade‑offs
- Effective collaboration with UX Designers, Product Managers, and developers
- Optional: experience with AI‑assisted design tools, vibe coding, motion design, micro‑interactions, and accessibility guidelines
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
