UX UI front product designer Remote

The role involves designing digital products such as ERPs and CRMs, focusing on complex flows, dashboards, and data visualization. The designer will build and maintain the platform's design system and integrate embedded AI assistants into the user flow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced requirement gathering with end users and manage stakeholder relationships across business units
- Build and maintain the platform's design system, including components, tokens, states, table patterns, filters, complex forms and validations
- Design and integrate embedded AI to guide users through flows
- Create data visualizations and configurable reporting interfaces (highly desirable)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Requirements
- 4‑5 years of experience as a UX, UX research, web, or UI/UX designer
- Advanced requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of W3C usability and inclusivity standards (WCAG, WAI‑ARIA, APCA)
- 2‑3 years of experience with Figma (components, variants, prototyping, wireframes, mockups)
- 2‑3 years of experience in user research and testing tools (Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Userlytics, Lookback)
- Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React; Tailwind CSS or component libraries (shadcn/ui, Material UI, Ant Design) is a plus
- 2‑3 years designing digital products such as ERP, CRM, WMS, billing platforms, or admin dashboards with a portfolio
- 1‑2 years of experience designing embedded AI guidance
- Desirable experience in data visualization and configurable reporting
- Familiarity with Sketch, Axure, Illustrator, InVision, Photoshop, Zeplin, Balsamiq, PowerMoqup, UXPin, Trello, POP
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
