Design end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile, focusing on structuring complex AI and knowledge-based workflows. Lead the entire design process from problem definition and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and production-ready designs.
Responsibilities
- Design the complete product experience for Cheiron across web and mobile, from problem definition to highโfidelity UI and shipped product
- Structure complex AI and knowledgeโgraph workflows into intuitive interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interactions, and productionโready designs
- Address AIโspecific UX challenges such as streaming responses, source attribution, and multiโstep status displays
- Maintain a high visual craft and interaction quality to build user trust
- Conduct user research and usability testing, turn insights into product decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to iterate rapidly
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX, HCI, Design or related field
- 3+ years of product design experience with strong visual sensibility
- Proven endโtoโend delivery of shipped products or features
- Highโfidelity design skills using Figma and productionโquality output
- Excellent attention to detail and interaction quality
- Ability to work quickly with engineers and PMs to ship products
- Experience building or extending design systems is a plus
- Mobile app design experience is a plus
- Experience designing AIโdriven products (search, chat, documentโheavy workflows) is a plus
- Knowledgeโheavy industry experience (bio/pharma, legal, fintech) is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS implementation
