Product Designer

Take end-to-end ownership of core modules for a Cloud HR Tech platform, transforming complex requirements into simple web and mobile experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional pods to maintain design systems and ensure precise developer handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Take feature requests from PRDs through to pixelâperfect visual designs for web and native iOS/Android apps
- Conduct quick user research, create wireframes, define user journeys, and iterate highâfidelity mockups in Figma and AI tools
- Maintain and scale the central Figma component library using autoâlayout, design tokens, and interactive components
- Leverage AI tools for rapid ideation, microcopy, and research summaries
- Collaborate daily with frontend engineers to ensure devâready handoffs and accurate implementation
- Run quick usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate based on metrics and user pain points
Requirements
- 4â7 years of handsâon UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS, WorkTech, Fintech, or enterprise software
- Expertâlevel mastery of Figma
- Strong fundamentals in information architecture, task flows, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
- Experience integrating AI tools into the design workflow
- Ability to balance design aesthetics with technical feasibility and business impact
- Excellent communication skills for design reviews and crossâfunctional syncs
