Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintain brand integrity across digital, print, and environmental platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into visual narratives and mentoring other design staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated design solutions that elevate the GSB brand across campaigns, digital experiences, print materials and environmental applications
• Ensure brand consistency while evolving design systems and guidelines
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance creative workflows and share best practices
• Partner with stakeholders, present design concepts effectively and provide guidance across the GSB
• Independently develop and manage complex, highly creative projects involving abstract or technical content
• Provide creative vision, direction and design for complex projects and determine overall themes
• Coordinate production process, develop printing specifications and select appropriate media and materials
• Perform complex design across a variety of platforms using industry‑standard software
• Serve as project leader and mentor less experienced designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, highly creative projects requiring extensive subject‑matter knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of job‑required design software applications
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to resolve complex problems
• Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines and customer needs
• Experience leading and training other design staff
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
