The designer will translate complex AI-enabled workflows into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. They will collaborate with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of interfaces for AI outputs, reviews, and approvals.
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, workflows, and decision points through research and discovery
- Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive interfaces for AI outputs, reviews, exceptions, and approvals
- Create reusable visual patterns to maintain consistency across designs
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation to ensure design fidelity
- Test prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate to enhance usability
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of UI/UX or product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating structured problemâsolving and polished execution
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Good grasp of user research methodologies and responsive interface design
- Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate in a remote environment
- Experience designing B2B, enterprise, or dataâheavy applications (desired)
- Exposure to AI dashboards or workflow tools (desired)
- Basic understanding of frontâend implementation constraints (desired)
