Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and execution for a product domain, translating strategic direction into high-impact design work. Set the craft bar for the organization and mentor other designers through critique and pairing.
Requirements
- Requires roughly 8+ years of experience in Product/UX design with a strong track record in SaaS or complex products. Must demonstrate commercial fluency, AI proficiency in design workflows, and a history of defining and measuring success metrics.
