Senior Product Designer (Rocket Growth)

You will manage the end-to-end product design process, including research, strategy, design, and testing. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members to improve design processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and synthesize qualitative/quantitative data
- Create wireframes, prototypes and highโfidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and other teams to launch new features
- Mentor designers and improve design processes
- Lead design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of endโtoโend product design experience (UI & UX)
- Portfolio showing strong typography, interaction, visual design and user research
- Solid understanding of application design and service launch processes
- Ability to communicate in English (listening and basic speaking)
- Experience with design systems and building them
