Lead the end-to-end design of digital products, transforming complex financial data into intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define UX metrics and evolve the design system to ensure scalable and value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend digital experiences from discovery to delivery
- Simplify visualization of complex financial data and increase user autonomy
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis
- Translate business rules and complex flows into intuitive interfaces
- Reduce cognitive load in dataâheavy interactions
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to create scalable solutions
- Define, monitor, and analyze UX metrics (conversion, error reduction, retention)
- Advocate for user perspective in product decisions
- Mentor junior designers and support team development
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, UX/UI, Communication, Technology or related field
- Strong experience as a Product Designer delivering endâtoâend digital solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, Auto Layout, libraries)
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and tools like Jira
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping
- Ability to use product/UX metrics to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication for documenting decisions and influencing stakeholders
