- Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team environment
- Explore new design and AI tools and trends
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in mobile design and tools such as Figma
- Experience with conversational AI, AI‑generated imagery, cloud code, motion design, and interaction design
- End‑to‑end product design experience including research, prototyping, validation and delivery
- Strong visual/UI design knowledge and design methodologies
- Ability to lead technically, identify skill gaps and develop the team
- Excellent argumentative and stakeholder communication skills
- Collaborative, empathetic attitude with focus on results
- Fintech experience is highly desirable
