The Graphic Designer will provide graphic support for the Female Outdoor brands team, focusing on trend research and artwork preparation. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to create sellable, trend-right art while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide graphics for female outdoor brands on a weekly basis
- Prepare artwork for sizing, print, and CAD
- Follow all established operating procedures
- Conduct trend research and produce shopping reports
- Collaborate with the graphics team on various projects
Requirements
- BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Excellent handâsketching, drawing, and painting abilities
- Strong typography, color, and composition skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fastâpaced environment
- Organized with strong timeâmanagement skills
- Capability to follow design briefs and create sellable, trendâright artwork
- Knowledge of screenâprinting processes and garment construction
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Flexibility to take on new challenges and shift gears quickly
