Lead the end-to-end design of digital experiences for a Payment Service Provider (PSP) platform, from conceptualization to high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure scalability, usability, and alignment with business goals across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery and product definition, gathering user needs and business goals
- Design end‑to‑end digital experiences: journeys, IA, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity UI
- Define components, patterns, states, error messages, and edge cases
- Conduct research and validation: interviews, usability testing, benchmarking, desk research
- Analyze existing products to identify usability and conversion opportunities
- Translate findings into prioritized design decisions with evidence and impact
- Collaborate with Product and Development during refinement, handoff, implementation, and QA
- Present and defend design proposals to clients, product, development, operations, and commercial teams
- Document solutions via specifications, guidelines, tickets, acceptance criteria, and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication, Digital Design or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or equivalent
- Proven experience designing digital products beyond promotional sites
- Experience taking projects from problem definition through delivery and iteration
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and present to stakeholders
