UX Designer

The UX Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly, accessible, and consistent digital customer experiences based on research and data. They translate user needs into concrete solutions such as wireframes and prototypes while aligning them with the bank's strategic product vision.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end user experience and ensure design decisions are backed by research and data
- Create wireframes, user flows, visual aids and high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate solutions
- Facilitate discussions on UX quality, take a stand and advise stakeholders when interests diverge
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers and business owners to deliver accessible digital solutions
- Work in a data‑driven manner, continuously improving designs using qualitative and quantitative insights
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UX design experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong user‑centered mindset and ability to lead design decisions
- Proficiency in Figma and experience designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Communication & Multimedia Design or a related field
- Excellent communication, stakeholder persuasion and coaching abilities

- Salary between €5,179.72 and €6,069.97 per month (≈ €62,156 – €72,840 per year)
