  • Lead a team of early-career analog design engineers to develop and integrate high-performance analog and mixed-signal IPs for mmWave radar front-end systems. Oversee design implementation, architectural analysis, and post-silicon verification to ensure first-pass silicon success.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal nanometer CMOS IC design. Preferred candidates hold a PhD and have demonstrated experience in design ownership, lab measurements, and mentoring junior engineers.
