Define the transverse UX vision for complex banking products and interconnected systems while leading advanced user research and prototyping in Figma. The role involves mentoring junior designers, evolving the organizational design system, and collaborating with Product Owners and Lead Developers.
Responsibilities
- Define a transversal UX vision covering business processes, banking products and interconnected systems
- Facilitate advanced userâresearch workshops (interviews, usability tests, competitive benchmarks)
- Create complex journeys and prototypes in Figma, respecting legacy system constraints
- Arbitrate design decisions across product squads to maintain consistent experience
- Mentor junior designers and challenge existing practices
- Structure and evolve the organizationâwide design system
- Represent UX in product governance bodies and with business sponsors
- Collaborate directly with Product Owners, Lead Developers and business directors on strategic product and process issues
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a UX Designer, including work in banking or complex financial environments
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and advanced userâresearch methodologies
- Proven experience structuring design systems at large scale
- Strong understanding of banking business processes and financial product constraints
- Ability to design for highly interâconnected legacy systems with many technical dependencies
- Demonstrated capability to arbitrate and align multiple squads around a common UX vision
- Experience mentoring junior designers and raising design practice standards
- Bachelorâs degree (BAC+5) or higher
