Define the transverse UX vision for complex banking products and systems while piloting advanced user research. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to harmonize user experiences across multiple squads.
Responsibilities
- Define transverse UX vision for banking processes, products and interconnected systems
- Lead advanced userâresearch workshops (interviews, usability testing, competitive benchmarking)
- Create complex journeys and highâfidelity prototypes in Figma, respecting legacy system constraints
- Arbitrate design choices across squads to maintain experience harmony
- Mentor junior designers and challenge existing practices
- Structure and evolve the design system at an organizational scale
- Represent UX in product governance forums and sponsor meetings
- Collaborate directly with Product Owners, Lead Developers and business stakeholders on strategic product and process issues
Requirements
- At least 6 years of UX design experience, including work on complex banking or financial systems
- Expert proficiency with Figma and advanced userâresearch methodologies
- Proven experience structuring largeâscale design systems
- Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory constraints
- Ability to arbitrate design decisions across multiple squads
- Mentoring and coaching experience
- Bachelorâs degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
