Conduct discovery with stakeholders and users to transform business problems into product solutions. Design high-fidelity interfaces, maintain design systems, and manage the handoff process to engineering.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders and users to translate business problems into product solutions
- Create user flows, high‑fidelity prototypes, and UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems across projects
- Hand off designs to engineering and follow through implementation to delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners and clients throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing launched digital products
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design process and decision‑making
- Experience in regulated industries (health, finance, energy) is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and AI‑assisted design tools is a plus
