Senior UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)

You will lead the holistic design process for complex digital platforms, from initial concept to final implementation. This includes creating intuitive user interfaces, developing design systems, and conducting user testing to validate and optimize digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑quality user interfaces for complex websites and digital platforms
• Develop intuitive navigation structures, information architecture and interaction flows
• Build and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Create micro‑interactions and motion that enhance brand character
• Produce interactive prototypes and lead user testing activities
• Collaborate closely with UX research, development and product teams to ensure smooth hand‑off

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UI and UX design experience, preferably with complex websites or digital platforms
• Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Variants and responsive patterns
• Strong knowledge of design systems, prototyping, motion design and hand‑off to development
• Solid understanding of usability, IA, interaction design and UX motion principles
• Experience conducting user testing and iterating based on feedback
• Excellent visual sense, typography and animation skills
• Fluent German and very good English
