Senior UX Designer (f/m/d) AI Agent Conversational Experience

You will design and enhance user journeys for a new AI agent platform, focusing on intuitive and efficient interfaces. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-fidelity prototypes and maintain a cohesive design system.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and refine user journeys with focus on usability and automated workflows
- Create rapid high‑fidelity prototypes to accelerate iterative development
- Design UI components that are consistent, accessible and aligned with the design system
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders, providing clear design documentation
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback and iterate designs
- Contribute to and maintain the design system across the product suite
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex web applications
- Proven track record designing feature‑rich, visually engaging web‑based products
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or Canva
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
- Understanding of AI‑driven agentic workflows and automation trends
