UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of complex digital platforms, from initial UX concepts to final UI implementation. This includes building design systems, creating interactive prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high‑quality user interfaces for complex websites and platforms
• Develop intuitive navigation structures, IA and interaction flows
• Build and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Create micro‑interactions and motion that reinforce brand character
• Produce interactive prototypes and lead user testing sessions
• Collaborate closely with UX research, development and product teams to ensure smooth hand‑off

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UI and UX design experience, preferably with complex websites or digital platforms
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants and responsive design patterns
• Strong knowledge of design systems, prototyping, motion design and hand‑off to development
• Deep understanding of usability, information architecture, interaction design and UX motion principles
• Experience planning and conducting user testing and iterating based on feedback
• Excellent visual skills, high quality standards and good sense of typography and animation
• Fluent German and very good English
