The Visual Designer Analyst will manage the full production cycle, including pre-production planning, filming, and photography. They are also responsible for video editing, post-production, and creating graphic assets to ensure high-quality visual communication across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize shoots, scripts, schedules and locations during pre‑production
- Capture video footage and photos autonomously, operating cameras independently
- Edit and post‑produce audiovisual pieces, adapting content for various digital platforms and formats
- Create graphic assets and perform photo retouching to enhance visual communication
- Deliver final files that meet technical and aesthetic quality standards
Requirements
- 2‑5 years of proven experience in audiovisual production, video editing, and photography
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating recent work
- Degree or advanced studies in Image & Sound Design or related field
- Technical proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras for both video and stills
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom for graphic design and retouching
- Experience with motion graphics in After Effects is a plus
