The role involves planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and behaviors. The researcher will transform these insights into actionable recommendations to improve product decisions and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Organize and moderate user interviews, usability tests, and prototype validations
- Analyze analytics and tracking data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for Product and Design teams
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Help define and monitor UX KPIs
- Promote a user‑centered, data‑driven culture
- Create reports, presentations and knowledge repositories to share insights
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in UX Research or similar roles
- Academic projects, internships, or thesis work related to user research
- Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with Office 365 / Google Workspace
- Experience with Figma and Miro
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, PostHog
- Experience with testing tools like Typeform, Maze, UserTesting
- Understanding of A/B testing, card sorting and other research methods (preferred)
- Interest in generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and analysis (preferred)
- Awareness of research in regulated or sensitive environments (preferred)
