Lead the information architecture and experience planning for medical and robot service systems (RaaS/TaaS), including enterprise management backends. Establish and maintain scalable cross-platform design systems and integrate advanced AI technologies into intuitive user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design information architecture (IA) and task flow for RaaS/TaaS medical and robot service systems
- Lead modular backend management system design, including login authentication, permission control, map resource management and batch maintenance
- Establish and maintain a cross‑platform Design System with strict design specifications
- Ensure brand narrative consistency across all touchpoints and improve cross‑department collaboration
- Translate cutting‑edge AI technologies (RAG, vector retrieval, real‑time chat, TTS) into intuitive UI and feedback mechanisms
- Plan and integrate cross‑device experiences for cloud platform, app and robot interfaces
- Conduct user research using Persona, User Journey Mapping and testing to align business needs with product goals
- Collaborate closely with RD and PM teams to balance technical constraints with ideal user experiences

- Seeking a senior designer capable of translating complex AI technologies and business needs into seamless cross-device experiences. Must be proficient in user research methodologies and able to collaborate effectively with RD and PM teams.
