Full-time Lead
Lead the end-to-end design strategy and execution for core Cloud HR Tech modules while managing a team of 2 to 4 designers. The role involves producing high-fidelity artifacts, evolving the Figma design system, and optimizing dev-handoff workflows.
Responsibilities
- Take endâtoâend ownership of complex, highâpriority HR tech modules such as payroll, performance management, workforce analytics and mobile attendance
- Produce complete UX artifacts from user journeys and wireframes to productionâready Figma mockups, interactive prototypes and microâinteractions
- Drive evolution of the centralized Figma Design System, including tokens, autoâlayout and interactive components, ensuring standardization across pods
- Embed modern AI design tools into the teamâs workflow to increase design velocity and automate research
- Manage, guide and mentor a small team of 2â4 UX/UI designers, conducting 1:1s, design critiques and performance reviews
- Set high standards for visual design, interaction quality and design system usage across the teamâs output
- Allocate design resources within the pod, balance workload across sprint cycles and ensure onâtime delivery of devâready assets
- Establish efficient devâhandoff workflows, usability testing cadence and crossâfunctional alignment habits with engineering and product
Requirements
- 8â10 years of UX/UI design experience for enterprise SaaS, B2B cloud applications, or consumerâscale mobile apps
- Proven experience leading design reviews and mentoring junior designers or formal peopleâmanagement experience
- Mastery of Figma, including AutoâLayout, Variables, Component Architecture, Dev Mode and Design System Governance
- Strong grounding in Design Thinking, Information Architecture and Product Strategy
- Practical experience incorporating AI tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) into design research, copy and UI generation
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
- Ability to align crossâfunctional stakeholders and push back on unrealistic technical constraints
