- Drive the quantitative research roadmap to inform high-stakes product investments and AI experience improvements. Partner with senior leadership and data science to combine behavioral and attitudinal data into actionable customer insights.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in quantitative UX research with deep expertise in survey science, statistical modeling, and AI/LLM evaluation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Qualtrics is required along with a track record of influencing executive-level decisions.
