Design dense, real-time operational interfaces for logistics tools used by dispatchers and drivers. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to discover customer needs and implement AI-native workflows.
Responsibilities
- Discover and validate customer needs through interviews and feedback analysis
- Design dense operational web UI: dispatch workspaces, routing, order management, realâtime views and data visualizations
- Create concepts and prototypes rapidly in Figma or code using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make)
- Prepare and run clientâfacing demos, presenting and defending design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve the design system (components, tokens, variables)
- Drive AIâfirst workflows to feel native for logistics operators
- Work dayâtoâday inside engineering teams: refine scope, resolve feasibility tradeâoffs, maintain high quality implementation
Requirements
- 7+ years of product/UX design experience with shipped complex products
- Proven B2B product experience with dataâdense workflows
- Strong discovery skills: interviews, synthesis, researchâdriven decisions
- Componentâbased thinking (atomic design, modern web patterns)
- Technical fluency to work directly with engineers and read design token files
- Daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools
- Bias for fast iteration and rapid prototyping
- Excellent English communication and clientâfacing presentation skills
