Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of product designers to create intuitive, high-impact AI-powered user experiences for a litigation platform. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive design strategy and ensure AI features are transparent and trustworthy.
Requirements
- Requires at least 5 years of product design experience with 2+ years of people management and a degree in design or HCI. Candidates must have a track record of shipping complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products and strong visual and interaction design skills.
