The role involves creating and evolving digital products by developing medium and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma based on user needs and business rules. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve products using data and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, business rules, and technical constraints to propose viable design solutions
- Create medium and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Set delivery timelines, organize activities, and ensure execution of design tasks
- Align design solutions with UX leadership and other stakeholder areas
- Continuously improve products based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Identify opportunities for UI/UX and process standardization, contributing to design system evolution
- Anticipate user problems throughout the product lifecycle
- Promote a user‑centered vision within the design team and across the organization
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to build and implement solutions
- Share knowledge and contribute to the ongoing growth of the UX team
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products
- Expertise in Figma for interface design and prototyping
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI processes and user‑centered design
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaborative relationship building with business and technology teams
- Organizational skills to manage deadlines and priorities
- Proactive, autonomous mindset with ownership and focus on excellence
- Ability to anticipate problems and propose user‑focused solutions
