The Design Manager leads the design process between external firms and internal construction teams to ensure optimized, cost-effective, and constructible project designs. They are responsible for tracking design progress, managing contract change orders, and ensuring all design packages are submitted in compliance with project schedules and budgets.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelorâs degree in Engineering and possess at least 10 years of experience in construction, design engineering, or estimating. Proficiency in industry software such as Procore, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is required, along with experience in alternative design pursuits like Design-Build or P3.
