UX Designer Senior H/F

The Senior UX Designer will lead the complete redesign of a strategic internal banking application, creating mockups and prototypes in Figma. They will collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to ensure interfaces meet accessibility standards and align with the existing design system.
Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements for the banking product
- Create UX/UI mockups and prototypes in Figma within an existing design framework
- Produce accessible, highâquality interfaces adhering to WCAG and product standards
- Extend and enrich the existing design system
- Propose multiple UX/UI solutions and justify choices
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, grooming, reviews)
- Conduct shortâiteration reviews of developed screens against Figma mockups
Requirements
- 5â8+ years of UX/UI design experience on complex web applications
- Expert mastery of Figma (components, autoâlayout, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAGâŻ2.1)
- Ability to quickly grasp complex functional scopes in banking
- Excellent communication with technical and functional stakeholders
- Critical thinking, autonomy and attention to detail
