The designer will create and implement UI patterns and visual assets within a design system while collaborating with business teams to define product concepts and user journeys. They are responsible for translating business objectives into functional interfaces and conducting usability evaluations to optimize user flows.
Responsibilities
- Implement design system components into assigned product screens under supervision
- Create visual materials and suggest new visual assets when required
- Participate with business teams to define product concepts and translate business goals into user journeys
- Apply information‑architecture principles to organize complex financial workflows
- Conduct usability analysis and propose interface adjustments, including digital signature flows
- Evaluate hypotheses with low‑ or medium‑fidelity prototypes and generate research‑based recommendations
- Collaborate with Content Designers to apply brand tone and voice in UI copy
Requirements
- Experience with design systems, grids, color and typography in digital interfaces
- Ability to create visual assets and suggest new components when needed
- Understanding of user journeys, information architecture and usability principles for regulated financial flows
- Capability to evaluate low‑ and medium‑fidelity prototypes and conduct qualitative/quantitative research
- Basic knowledge of UX writing, brand tone and voice
- Ability to communicate findings to UX Lead and cross‑functional stakeholders
