The Senior Product Designer will take ownership of the user experience by simplifying complex technical cloud workflows and analyzing user behavior. They will collaborate cross-functionally to turn user insights and product data into intuitive design decisions that drive activation and retention.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and identify friction across the product experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Translate insights and product data into clear design decisions
- Design intuitive user flows for professional cloud applications
- Create prototypes, validate hypotheses and support implementation
- Use product metrics (activation, engagement, retention) to evaluate design impact
- Work crossâfunctionally with Product, Engineering and Marketing
- Contribute from problem/hypothesis stage, not just after detailed briefs
Requirements
- Seniorâlevel product design experience in technology products, preferably SaaS, cloud or desktop
- Strong product mindset and ability to make things work, not just look good
- Experience simplifying complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences
- Proven ability to connect UX, visual design, user behavior and business goals
- Advanced Figma skills including components, Auto Layout and design systems
- Visual storytelling and highâquality visual design ability
- Experience with onboarding flows, product explainers and visual user journeys
- Video/motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
- English at an intermediate level or higher
