The role involves conducting UX research and strategy to transform business needs into solid information architectures and logical flows. The designer will create visually excellent and functional digital solutions while managing direct communication and feedback with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and strategy, uncovering user patterns and business needs
- Create information architectures, wireflows and high‑fidelity visual designs
- Develop and maintain design systems that balance visual excellence with functional rigor
- Collaborate directly with clients, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback
- Work closely with developers, using basic coding knowledge to ensure design feasibility
- Stay updated on emerging interaction trends, including AI‑driven experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end digital product design experience
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills
- Proven ability to conduct UX research and translate findings into design solutions
- Basic knowledge of front‑end code and content‑management systems
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to clients
