Requirements
- Candidates must hold an Associate degree with at least 15 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in AutoDesk Inventor or similar 3D parametric modeling software is required, along with strong mechanical aptitude.
