Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) registration with substantial experience in DOT transportation projects. Proficiency in AASHTO guidelines and demonstrated leadership in complex roadway, highway, or bridge projects is essential.
