Product designer ux

Transform complex tax flows into simple, intuitive interfaces for both client-facing platforms and internal operational tools. Lead the design process from research and prototyping to validation and implementation within a design system.

Responsibilities

• Design complex fiscal workflows with clarity, reducing cognitive load and error
• Create interfaces for both client‑facing platforms and internal operation tools
• Prototype quickly and validate with real users (internal "dogfooders")
• Build and maintain a design system and component library across products
• Conduct applied user research, synthesize findings, and inform design decisions
• Deliver clean handoffs to engineering and monitor implementation adjustments
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize work

Requirements

• Strong technical repertoire in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience with generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT or similar) applied to design processes
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like ClickUp, Jira or Trello
• Practice of user research and usability testing, even in lean settings
• Ability to simplify complex data‑heavy interfaces
• Consistent portfolio showing product reasoning, impact, and execution quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organizational responsibility and delivery focus
• Curiosity about trends, innovation, and technical evolution
• Experience with complex digital B2B SaaS or fintech products
• Comfort with dense data tables and data‑heavy UI
• Basic front‑end understanding to appreciate implementation constraints
