Packaging Coördinator & Allround Graphic Designer

Coordinate and execute packaging, labeling, and print projects while acting as the link between internal departments and external suppliers. Manage the entire process from request to delivery, including technical file review and the development of POS materials.
Responsibilities
- Maintain contacts with packaging, printing and promotional material suppliers
- Request, compare and follow up on quotations
- Place orders and manage the process from request to delivery
- Coordinate new packaging, label changes and private‑label projects
- Monitor planning, progress, inventory and delivery times
- Check and provide print files, manage revisions and develop new designs
- Evaluate technical files such as die‑line drawings and packaging specifications
- Align with Regulatory Affairs on changes required by legislation
- Coordinate and produce shop fittings and POS materials for the sales department
Requirements
- Minimum MBO+ education level
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial environment
- Experience with packaging, print production and graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar design software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude
- Fluent Dutch and English
