Lead the strategic product vision by translating business problems into actionable roadmaps and hypotheses. Direct multidisciplinary squads and manage high-level relationships with C-level stakeholders to define product governance and operational models.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic product reading for clients, turning business problems into actionable hypotheses, theses, and roadmaps
- Structure and defend product theses before client leadership (Director/VP/C‑level) with data‑driven storytelling
- Guide squads (PMs, PDs, Tech, Data) on priorities, decision rationales, and success criteria
- Conduct discovery, experimentation, and hypothesis validation with rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods
- Support definition or redesign of product operating models, including governance, decision forums, cadences, and OKRs when required
- Act as senior interlocutor with client product teams, providing technical counter‑points and complementary direction
- Utilize generative AI to accelerate discovery, synthesize research, generate concepts, and prototype quickly
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Manager in mature organizations, with deep technical and business knowledge in a specific domain (finance, insurance, retail, health, etc.)
- Fluency in product frameworks: JTBD, outcome‑based roadmapping, continuous discovery, OKRs
- Strong grasp of product unit economics and ability to model revenue, retention, activation, or efficiency metrics
- Analytical capability for quantitative analysis, basic SQL, dashboard creation, and experiment design
- Ability to communicate technically with both executive sponsors and delivery teams
- Fluent use of generative AI tools for discovery, thesis structuring, rapid prototyping, and data synthesis
- Executive communication and storytelling skills
- Consultative posture for proposing and defending positions with clients
- Native Portuguese, fluent Spanish, English a differential
- Experience designing or operating product governance (decision forums, prioritization models) and supporting transition from project to product teams
- Experience leading products or features with AI as a central component
- Experience delivering projects for international clients
- Product certifications (CSPO, PM3, CPO, etc.)
