Translate complex B2B and FinTech processes into intuitive user interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes across multiple devices. Maintain and evolve the central design system while optimizing the user journey through data-driven analysis and user testing.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows and highâfidelity prototypes for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Maintain and evolve the central design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Validate design hypotheses through targeted user testing and funnel analysis
- Provide precise design specifications for developers and conduct UX QA during sprints
- Design visual productâmarketing and sales materials aligned with corporate identity
Requirements
- Proven experience in product and interface design for web and mobile (Figma, interactive prototypes, responsive design)
- Strong expertise in designâsystem governance and component libraries
- Userâresearch, usability testing, funnel analysis and dataâdriven design decisionâmaking
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, development teams and marketing
