Lead Visual Designer (Apps & Marketing)

The Lead Visual Designer is responsible for creating intuitive web-app interfaces and driving the company's own marketing and brand identity. They provide creative direction to the marketing team while ensuring visual quality and technical feasibility across all digital products.
Responsibilities
- Translate standards and client wishes into strong visual concepts and sleek interfaces for web‑apps and marketing materials
- Execute a large portion of the design work personally
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers and other team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and effective
- Provide functional and creative direction to the marketing team, monitoring coherence, planning and quality
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Visual Designer, preferably in a commercial creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, detail orientation, and vision
- Affinity for marketing, branding, and B2B client acquisition
- Excellent command of Dutch language and a valid driver’s licence (B)
- Extensive experience with Figma and solid understanding of web development constraints
