Responsibilities
- The Product UI/UX Designer will lead the design and evolution of Volio's mobile user experience, translating complex AI and gamification mechanics into intuitive, accessible interfaces. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with a neurodivergent-first philosophy while maintaining high standards for usability and engagement.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional product design experience with a focus on mobile applications and complex systems. Proficiency in Figma, knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG, and experience designing for neurodivergent users are essential requirements.
