Design user-centric digital experiences and conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions. Collaborate with product and development teams to create high-fidelity prototypes and advocate for UX best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑focused digital experiences for innovative platforms and services
- Conduct user research, need analysis and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate closely with product, development and stakeholder teams to define solutions aligned with business and user goals
- Advocate UX best practices and represent the user voice within multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in agile environments and work with distributed international teams
Requirements
- More than 4 years of UX design experience for digital products and platforms
- Proven track record leading complex design projects from concept to delivery
- Strong user research, usability testing and customer journey expertise
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- C1 level English proficiency
