Create user-centered digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma and data-driven insights. Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Create user‑centered digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing, turning insights into concrete UX improvements
- Develop high‑fidelity wireframes, prototypes and mockups using Figma
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, consistency and quality
- Apply front‑end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate communication with engineers
- Integrate Power BI dashboards and data visualisations into product interfaces
- Promote UX best practices, accessibility and responsive design throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Work with multiple stakeholders to align user needs, business goals and digital solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Computer Engineering, Digital Design or related field
- Professional experience in UX Design, preferably on digital product or service projects
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to communicate effectively with frontend teams
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards or other data‑visualisation platforms
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
- Ability to work in Agile squads and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Strong user‑orientation, attention to detail and ability to translate needs into intuitive digital experiences
- Good command of English
