Senior Brand & Visual Designer (m/w/d) Elternzeitvertretung

The role involves developing and maintaining the visual brand identity across all digital and physical channels, including web, social media, and print. You will collaborate with various teams and leadership to translate complex messages into engaging visual content and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve PAIR Financeâs visual brand identity across digital and physical channels
- Collaborate with Content & PR, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure consistent visual communication
- Design assets for web, mobile, social, email, presentations, and print
- Create icons, illustrations, and simple animations
- Design exhibition stands, event materials, and giveaways aligned with brand guidelines
- Support leadership with presentations and translate complex concepts into clear visual decks
- Maintain and enhance the master template for sales pitches
- Present design concepts to Head of Brand & Communications and CEO
- Manage projects from concept through execution, balancing multiple priorities
- Explore and integrate new generative image and video tools into workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B brand and graphic design experience in an inâhouse or fastâgrowing startup environment
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating crossâchannel branding and creative storytelling
- Excellent conceptual thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Interest and experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Design)
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Nice to have: motion design experience (3D animation or animated videos)
