Lead the design management process for high-specification commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate multiple subcontractor packages and resolve technical interfaces to ensure design intent is buildable and commercially deliverable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design management process for high-specification commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate multiple subcontractor packages and resolve technical interfaces to ensure design intent is buildable and commercially deliverable.
Requirements
- Requires proven experience in commercial fit-out and Cat B projects with strong technical knowledge of interior construction and building services. A degree in construction, architecture, or engineering is desired, along with professional membership such as CIOB.
