The Design Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end design process from concept through to construction and handover. They are responsible for ensuring design documentation is compliant, buildable, and commercially aligned while managing multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and possess over eight to twelve years of design management experience. Expert knowledge of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards, along with proficiency in industry-standard collaboration platforms, is required.
