Lead and manage the end-to-end design process from concept through to construction and handover while ensuring compliance and buildability. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage project-specific design plans to achieve key milestones and statutory approvals.

Requirements

  • Requires a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and over 8 to 12 years of design management experience. Candidates must possess expert knowledge of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards alongside strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
