Produce and develop ideas for Animation, Motion, and Video products, integrating AI tools to optimize production time and quality. Collaborate with Content and Account teams to transform briefs into effective communication visuals across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Produce animation, motion graphics, and AI‑driven video assets according to campaign objectives
- Develop and optimise motion/video templates for multi‑platform deployment
- Collaborate with Content and Account teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions
- Support visual asset creation for digital marketing initiatives when needed
- Stay up‑to‑date with motion, video, and AI trends across banking, real‑estate, FMCG, and retail sectors
- Execute tasks assigned by management and ensure quality and timeliness
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of motion/video production experience in an agency or digital environment
- Proficiency with After Effects, Capcut, Photoshop, Figma
- Willingness to learn and apply AI tools such as Gemini, Dreamina, Firefly
- Ability to analyze briefs and propose creative solutions
- Strong teamwork, communication, and deadline‑management skills
