UX UI front product designer Remote
Reclutamiento It Remote (🇲🇽 Monterrey, Lerdo, Mexico)
Design and develop complex digital products and enterprise systems such as ERPs or CRMs. Create and maintain the platform's design system, including components, tokens, and complex form validations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced user requirement gathering across multiple business units
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
- Lead user research and usability testing, iterating based on insights
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with components, tokens, and complex form patterns
- Collaborate with front‑end developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Design AI‑embedded assistance flows that integrate seamlessly into user tasks
- Develop data visualizations and configurable reporting interfaces
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- 4‑5 years of experience as a UX, UX research, web, or UX/UI designer
- Advanced requirement gathering and stakeholder relationship management
- 2‑3 years of experience with Figma (components, variants, prototyping, wireframes, mockups)
- User research and testing experience using Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Userlytics, Lookback
- Web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React; Tailwind CSS or component libraries (shadcn/ui, Material UI, Ant Design) are a plus
- 2‑3 years designing digital products for complex enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, billing platforms, admin panels)
- 1‑2 years designing embedded AI assistants
- Knowledge of W3C usability and accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI‑ARIA, APCA)
- Desirable: UML, Sketch, Axure, Illustrator, InVision, Photoshop, Zeplin, Balsamiq, PowerMoqup, UXPin, Trello
- Portfolio demonstrating dense data tables, long forms, advanced filters, approval workflows, and operational dashboards
